A U.S. Air Force Reserve C-5 Galaxy is shown loading an AG-64 Apache helicopter. This photo was released by the United States Transportation Command, headquartered at Scott AFB, IL, one of the nine U.S. unified commands.

The C-5 Galaxy is the largest transport aircraft in the USAF inventory, capable of carrying a payload of over 76 tons of equipment when fully loaded. The Boeing-produced Apache Longbow (Attack Helicopter AG-64) carries a lethal array of missiles and rockets, and 1,200 rounds of ammunition for its 30 mm M230 automatic cannon.
