Give yourself a pass! This item a sheet of six blank forms titled "Soldier's Permanent Pass -- Class A". It has spaces to be filled in for Name, Army Serial No., Grade, Organization Unit and Installation, Date Issued, and the signature of authorizing officer. There are boxes to be checked for "Off-Duty Hours" either Normal or Special. It is labeled form "WD AGO Form 8, 1 Apr 1946" and in smaller type "16-47618-1".
